Classic Suzuki of Birmingham

We came in around 11 am to see a sales guy I had made an apt with to find out he had plans that day and could now service us like he said. Please Please Please Review your paper work. It was taken to Mitsubishi and they replaced master cylinder as Endeavor was still under warranty.

Nothing at all was explained all the paperwork was just put in front of us at 10:30 and they didn't take the time to tell us what we were signing because it was late and everyone was tired and ill I had my 3 year old there and my 6 year old there all day that is very rude they were using foul language in front of them. On September 4, 2014, I received a call from Jason saying that the parts would not be shipped until I paid $78 more. Several days later, I still had not heard anything, so I called again. I went into the dealership with my husband looking to get a car that day due to our car breaking down.

Price lets just say that the sticker price on the car was at 13,000 give or take and when I had a chance to go over the paperwork it was priced at 20,000 I feel taken advantage of and cheated and I will be doing something about it and now that they know I understand fully what they have done they will not return my calls I am sure they really don't care how bad they just messed up a pregnant women and he husband and kids. While i was there which was a total of 6 hours I had plenty of time to use my phone to see if i could find a similar car anywhere for less and I could not. The internet price of this car is was kept me at this place. I needed all 3 fuel lines for my 2004 Suzuki Verona.

He said he would and get back to me that day. 2 days later, still not hearing anything, I called again and Jason told me that the third part was on back order. I told every customer in the lobby waiting about my experience but once i saw I could place a comment here I felt it was my duty to keep this from happening to someone else. I was told by Jason in the parts department that They could get all 3 lines in within a few days from Pennsylvania and quoted a price of $26.24 plus $30 shipping.

August 1 – I called Classic Suzuki in Birmingham AL and spoke with Jason in parts. He was nice but just seemed to me like he was not there because he wanted to be and had no concern for the fact that we needed paperwork explained to us all he kept say was oh well this is nothing just this and that nothing big. He then "as a favor to me" offered it to me for 1000.00 Now you just tried to get over on me by 2 grand on the price of the car and 1 thousand on the warranty. If I could not have to give any stars I wouldn't the worst place ever went there on 07/26/2014 I seen a tv add I knew it was to good to be true but I tried cause I knew I needed to do something well I get promised the world u know the 0 down and no matter what your credit is we will get. u aproved yea right the got my hopes up they excited me and my wife told us get ready to text drive anything u want well come to find out after hours of waiting where I could have went else where she come back out loud in front of every one and says sorry your credit won't let us approve u your is not enough and your wife don't have any I more my wife ever even said she could do a credit check on her it was ment to be just for me. so were to embarrassed to say anything but as we leave we seen the signs that say 0 down and guaranteed financing. no matter the credit I'm highly thinking of getting a lawyer for false advertisement we even took the picture as proof On August 29, 2014 I received a call and was told that they were being shipped and wanted to confirm my debit card number again. Mistake ( I think not) 7. I cancelled the order.

It took all day to do what could have been done in minutes as i showed up with all my own financing(This tatic is to wear you down so you wont contest the ignorance they present you with and they hope Jeep cherokee 2003 in nigeria you will be to tired to look at the paper work 6. *********I use stars because this is the absolute worst part********After agreeing to give me the internet price they tried to slip the original price they told me into my loan paperwork not once not twice but yes (((((((3 times))))))))) and me yes I had to be the one to bring it to their attention each time. There is something else I would like to put on here but will not because I am sure it would stir up a lot but there is a difference in me and all they sales people and everyone who was jumped in front of us. As long as they make some money its not about selling a decent car to a nice family as long as somebody makes a check, and they can take our money and car now and there is nothing I can do about it. Originally quoted $26.24 + $30 S&H = $56.24 Re-quoted $26.24 + $12 S&H = $38.24 Re-quoted again and paid $107.50 Re-quoted again to add another $78 = $185.50 34 days later, more than 3 times the original quote and almost 5 times more than the second quote, and still no part.

I told him just to ship the two parts. I started working with a sales man named Nick after about 45 minutes of sitting there because they are not staffed. I was told that the parts should arrive Friday August 29, 2014 or Saturday August 30, 2014. I told him I would like it explained to me and he said "Well they want the papers signed before you go into the finance office".

The vehicle I bought uses a quart of oil every 1-2000 miles. As for the Quality of Work I will tell you this we came in at 11 am and did not get home with our kids until 11:15 pm because we were jumped all day long everyone else was put in front of us. Every question you ask they have to go ask the finance guy. (why are they even there) 2. This is all documented and you may contact me: Hugh V Railey 256-750-0506 and I can provide paperwork documentation to prove what I say.

2011 Endeavor- stuck with it. Still no parts arrived, I called again on Tuesday September 2, 2014. I was told that only one part came in from PA, the other two were coming from other states and had not been received yet. I was charged $107.50, more than twice the amount I was quoted, and still one part short. After a few days, I still had not heard anything and noticed that no money had been taken out of my account.

Your Salesman has none and I mean NO power. I was told the parts should have shipped. U can never speak with this imaginary finance guy 3 When i asked the price of the car i was interested in ( I already new the price because i saw it on the internet) The sales man would dodge the question and respond by asking me how much I wanted my monthly payments to be. 4. When i brought this up I was told "oh thats the internet price" in other words if i had not quetioned it I would have been paid extra 2 thousand dollars 5. rated

p>Is this your dealership? The third part did finally come in, and it was in the box. I was told that the second part had been received, and was still waiting on the 3rd part. The price online and the price I was finally given after asking 4 times had almost a 2 thousand dollar difference. They will try every trick in the book and no matter how tired you are (((((check your loan paper work they will change the numbers up on you even after you agree on a price.

Let me run down my list of issues that you should be aware off. 1. I beg anyone please go anywhere else to get a car but if you absolutely must go here dont let them get over on you. I went ahead and paid for it. Needless to say I did not accept it . I was then told that since they were going to be shipped to a garage, the shipping would only be $12, bringing the price from total $56.24 down to $38.24. Last the warranty is a ( joke) he started off telling me it was so great at 2000.00 and then i used my smart phone and found the same warranty for 750.00.

Friendliness no not really all they could say to us is hold on we are getting to you now, your next, we are only working on yours now, and nothing else was happening we were like the 3rd people in the dealership and the last I have never seen anything like it. If this had not been the case I would have been outa there. Overall Experience Was so bad I will never go back I wish I would have just went to Toyota and bought my car I was tired and ill and so was my kids we were treated very unfair and were told to come back and pick up our papers so we could get our tag only to go back in and them tell us that we needed to put more money down and give all of this other information after the papers had been signed so I read the papers that meant nothing that our sales guy didn't feel the need to explain and this is what it said that if we did not do this they would take the car and charge us for the millage we put on it as a rental and would not receive our down payment back, I understand I should have read some of it but he was in such a hurry at 11 pm that he did not care and I just knew that we had to have a car that night because we were dropped off and had no way home because our car broke down, that I had no way to get my baby's home and my husband and I both had to work the next day and no way to get there and the dealership knew it to and took full advantage of that.

The brakes started occasionally going to the floor and not working until they were pumped, it was taken back to Classic driven the driver said they worked and would not even put it on the rack to check, the service manager laughed and said there was nothing wrong, even though it had been noted from Mitsubishi dealership.

not yet I had been in contact at least 2 times per week for a couple more weeks and finally asked Jason to call the shipper and ask for an estimated time. Oh and also when I went in to pick up my papers to get my tag they told me I would have to come back they still could not give them to me then the sales guy told me to come on here and give them a good review because all they had got was very bad reviews ummm excuse me what do you think I will do when my family was treated like that.
